‘Goodbye England (Covered In Snow)’ release date & deets

As previously mentioned ‘Goodbye England (Covered In Snow)’ will be the first track to be made available from Laura’s brand new album. The track will be released in the UK on 14th December on limited edition etched 7″ vinyl. An Mp3 download will also be available.
The 7″ vinyl pre-order is now open at Recordstore.co.uk! Get in there quick if you want to own one of these bad boys as it’s a limited edition…

British Music Council Soundpad project w/India Tour

Laura is currently in India with old-time friends Mumford & Sons, taking part in the British Music Council’s Soundpad project – a kind of foreign exchange for musicians.
This week, Laura and the boys are in the studio with Indian band Papon and once finished they’ll head out to play dates in an array of cities including New Dehli, Mumbai and Bangalore. See the full list of dates below.
Tickets are available from the venue on the day. (There are no advanced ticket sales.)

‘Goodbye England’ & interview w/LM on Zane Lowe

Anyone who made it to one of LM’s recent gigs may have heard her mention that this year she will be fulfilling two lifelong goals.
1) by appearing on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour (box ticked earlier this year) and; 2) by releasing a Christmas single
‘Goodbye England’ will be released before the year is up! Stay tuned for more details on the single release, coming soon…
In the meantime, you can listen to ‘Goodbye England’ being played on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show last night and hear LM chatting with him about the single, album etc here. Laura comes in around about 0.28.44.
